Dear Ann,

I just wanted to thank you for watching Sam while I was away in Dublin on business. I was so grateful for you being available on such short notice. It was the first time Sam and I had been apart and I really did not want to send Sam to a kennel. You seem to have a natural affection that he warmed up to right away. I was still nervous leaving him but I appreciate your updates on Sam via email and can not tell you enough how much those pictures you took meant to me. I will look to use your services in the future.
